Wei Wenzhen

Season of snow and frost with groups of tranquil cicadas
The able and virtuous, wise and intelligent difficult to understand.
Respect the peace and tranquility of Emperor Taizong’s legacy.
Heaven too soon took the abilities of one like Feng Deyi.

Notes:

Wei Wenzhen: (580-643 AD) Senior official at the conclusion of the Sui Dynasty, and at the beginning of the Tang Dynasty. Unusual for an official to serve in two consecutive governments.
