Yu Lin Prefecture Song

Yu Lin Jun Ge

Shan tou song bai lin
Shan xia quan sheng shang ke xin.
Qian li wan li chun cao se
Huang he dong liu liu bu xi.
Huang long xu shang you xia er
Chou feng han shi bu xiang shi.

Yu Lin Prefecture Song

Mountain tops of pine and cypress forests
In the foothills, water spring sounds bring homesickness pains to a visitor’s heart.
For one to thousands of miles, spring grass colors
Yellow River flows restlessly to the east.
Met a brave expatriate in Huanglong
But melancholy continues, as he cannot relate to this Han envoy.
