Janine Chang is an actress active in Taiwan and China. She was born in Germany and also goes by the names Gining Chang and Ning Chang.

She made her acting debut in the 2003 television series “Love Train.” She has since starred in many popular films and television dramas, including “Honey and Clover” (2008), “Black & White” (2009), “Le Jun Kai” (2014), “The Empress of China” (2015), “The Four” (2015) and “Here to Heart” (2018).

Chang attended National Taipei University and obtained a bachelor’s degree in law. In June 2010, Chang graduated from the Institute of Industrial Economics at National Central University with a master’s degree.

In 2008, in the 10th Taipei Film Festival, she won “Best Actress”. In 2018, in the 24th Huading Award, she won “Best Supporting Actress” and in the 10th China TV Drama Awards she won “Best Performance Award”.

She ranked 78th on Forbes China Celebrity 100 list in 2019.
