《重别梦得》是唐代文学家柳宗元创作的一首七绝。这是唐宪宗元和十年（815年）柳宗元在衡阳与刘禹锡分手时赠给刘禹锡三首诗中的一首。此诗先概括柳、刘二人共同经历的宦海浮沉和人世沧桑，再抒写转瞬又离别的悲伤，然后强忍悲痛，掩藏对前途的不祥预感，以安慰的口气与朋友相约。
